During the session, you will get to explain the issue in your own words. I will conduct analysis of your computer to get a clear picture of what’s going on and recommend solutions. The diagnostic can be done via bringing your computer to a StraitFix location (currently my home in Temple Terrace) or via a remote session. No charges will apply until I make changes or carry’s out actions to fix the issue(s) at hand.
Onsite services are also available - subject to additional hourly charges.

My name is Dan. I’m a US/UK dual citizen who has lived in Florida for almost a decade now. I am a dedicated, hardworking individual with a passion for building and fixing computers. With five years of professional experience in the corporate IT world, I have gained a lot of real-world troubleshooting knowledge, passed multiple certifications and have resolved a wide variety of hardware and software issues. While my primary expertise is with Windows devices, I also have experience troubleshooting Macbooks and mobile phones aswell.
