A StraitFix technician will go through the setup process of a new or reimaged device. This includes the initial configuration steps, bloatware removal, driver updates, OS updates and up to 3 application installations.
NOTE: If you as the customer choose to not be present during this process, you must fill out a form with all the necessary information (such as a username, password, setting preferences, applications to install etc.) so that the technician can set up the device appropriately for your needs
