In addition to dropoff support, StraitFix also offers onsite technical support services at your home or place of business at a rate of $90 per hour. This Onsite support has a minimum base charge of $45, which covers 30 minutes of onsite time. Additional charges of $1.50 per minute will be applied for every additional minute I spend at your home or office.
The Onsite charge is added onto the service charge. Example: I come to your house and spend 1 hour running malware scans and initiating quarantines. I will charge $125 for the malware scan & removal service, plus an additional $90 for providing the service at your home over the course of 1 hour.
